Of circular form with foliate rim, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, painted to the centre with a terraced garden scene of a lady and young child beneath a willow tree, the wide rim with six panels containing alternately prunus and ladies, the dividing sections with alternate key-fret and chevron ground with hanging tassels, the reverse rim with four leafy floral sprays, the outer wall with six sections containing ruyi-heads, the bases glazed. Period: Kangxi (1662?1722). Diameter: 23 cm.
