Chinese Qing Dynasty period, Doucai geometric floral reward vase. Potted in reward shape vase, thick and tall, globular lower body, tapered gracefully toward straight tall cylindrical neck, with thick wide flaring mouth rim, raised on a short small round foot base with slight concave. All hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white under glazed base color. Is outlined in under glaze blue and filled in with over glaze colored enamels except blue colors which fit together but also contrasting or joined colors. The exterior decorated lotus flowers blooms with scrolling interlocking tendril, enclosed evenly space taotie mask, shou Chinese medallion and geometric auspicious pattern. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
