This deposit will be refunded to the non winning bidders in approx. 7 business days. Winning bidders will have 7 days to make payment in full in order to be released from the verification charge.

Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Qianlong red dragon porcelain bowl. Potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick and bulbous body, with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward flaring mouth rim, raised on a high cylindrical, with slight concave footing. The exterior decorated with hand-painting in clean white under glazed base color which contrast against the ruby red, depicted of snarling huge imperial five claws dragon careening through cumulus clouds above carved thrashing Li-shui waves all the surface, in a ruby red color dragon squama to chasing flaming pearl amidst flames and vapors. Dragon is the symbol of the Emperor, the Son of Heaven, eternity, Yang and Yin, male vigor and fecundity, the Li-shui wave pattern which is known to be the abode of dragons.
Mark on base, a six under glazed blue seal script characters reign mark, Made in The Years of QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
