Dressed in a flowy robe covering the right shoulder, no jewellery at all. He is touching the earth with his right hand, bhumispharsa mudra and holding a small vessel in his other hand. The Buddha used this gesture when he attained enlightenment under the bodhi tree. His earlobes are elongated and bear stretched-out ear holes, the face is smiling with downcast eyes, a raised urna between the eyebrows. Tiny balls cover the head and ushnisha which is topped by a lotus bud finial.
