, circa 1670 and later, the chest top with geometric drawer fronts, 138cm high, 95cm wide, 60cm deep
Condition Report:
Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use,
Overall this appears to have been adapted and restored almost certainly by a professional - the central chest section is mainly Charles II in date (circa 1670 as catalogued) however there have been later additionals and alterations including the top boards, and the base. There are also later pine dividers to the drawers. The handles are not original but appear to occupy the original sites.
Overall solid and stable.
With a cleaned and polished appearance.
