Sheffield Plate Rectangular Footed Serving Tray, with engraved coat of arms for Ludlow-Hewitt of Clancoole including motto 'Tam Nocte Quam Die Sapere' (Wise both night and day), tray with side handles, gadrooned edges and set on four ball form feet, unmarked, 26" x 16 1/4". Silvering losses to top surface.
