The guardian statue holding a kongo (vajra) in one hand and wearing a neatly incised skirt under his protruding belly and a finely carved garland draped around his shoulders. His expression is wrathful, particularly the eyes, although his open mouth seems to form a smile. Several children are playing around the statue, with one child having fallen under it, his mother holding his hand to lift him back up. Signed.
