Description A Japanese carved agate seated Buddha with wood stand. 20th century. Buddha is seated peacefully in Mida-no Jouin Mudra, with elongated earlobe and snail hairstyle. With base: 5 3/4" x 4 7/8". Condition: One chip on the left bottom of Buddha. One hairline crack to the left face; One hairline crack to the left chest; one hairline crack to the right bottom; one hairline crack and feather crack to the left knee.
