Description A group of three ivory okimono. Meiji Period (1868-1912). ++ Ivory okimono of thousand arm Guanyin, sitting on a carved wood base. Intricately carved with head dress and ornaments in each hand. Unsigned. Approximately: 9 1/4" x 5 7/8". With base: 11 3/4" x 5 7/8". ++ Ivory okimono of two men and a horse. One groom standing in front of the horse holding a dandy brush in left hand. The other farrier is nailing horseshoes onto the horse's right front hove. A metal chain hangs from horse's bit. Includes a wooden base. 5 1/4" x 9 1/2". ++ Ivory okimono of a boy riding a Foo lion. 2 1/2" x 3 1/8".
