Description A VINTAGE PERSIAN QUM STYLE CHARTREUSE AND TURQUOISE ON A CREAM GROUND SILK RUG, 1920-1970, the central floriform medallion in powder blue, pink and green within a rectangular flower chain border with onion domed ends intertwined with turquoise serrated leave tendril on a cream ground, the outer border predominately on a chartreuse ground has pale blue and navy blue and white barber pole and pink and green sawtooth trims, centers undulating lotus blooms; at one end signed or workshop in script with the figure of a man. 39 1/2" x 66" Condition Report Some fading at one end, mild pile wear, some surface soil, fringe trimmed on one side, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
