Large Chinese Export Gouache on paper matted and framed; 1 painting from a large Folio size set of the "Story of Tea Cultivation," with a title in ink on colored paper slightly illegible below the image, (Drying Green Tea?). Height of art 15 1/4 inches (38.5 cm.) X width of art 19 3/4 inches (50 cm.). PROVENANCE: Appears re-framed retaining the old label, "CHINESE TEA GROWING Circa 1830," of Kennedy Galleries from the early 20th Century when they were known as Kennedy & Co and located at 785 Fifth Avenue, New York.
