2nd-3rd century AD. A pair of gold earrings with wire hooks, each with a cell with petal detail to the outer edge, set with an agate cameo bust carved in the half round, one depicting Medusa with wings to her brow and head slightly turned, the other with a youthful female face; pendant drop with garnet bead below.
