Just an outstanding Lalique vase that is very large and heavy. It is gorgeous and in excellent condition. It is a beautiful vase that captures and redisplays light. Lalique's legendary quality is immediately apparent. It has thatclassic Lalique look of satinized or frosted glass contrasting with sparkling and ultra transparent clear crystal. This one also has interesting textured surfaces as can be seen in our photos.The Mortefontaine Vase was introduced in 1970 and is retired now. If is a great collectible Lalique item that is very hard to find. Lalique product #12267. Height is about 9.5 inches, Diameter at thetop is 8 inches at the widest point. The vase at the rim is very thick measuring 1.125 inches. Weighs a whopping 15 pounds 5 ounces!
