Description Eileen Seitz (UNITED STATES / NEW YORK / FLORIDA, 20th / 21st century) large, canvas nearly 6 feet x 4 1/2 feet, oil painting titled "Rocky Hill Houses" depicting a Virgin Islands landscape scene with villagerooftops overlooking the hillside. Signed to lower right and dated 1991. Mounted in a white lacquered wooden frame. Canvas on stretcher measures approx. 72" height x 54" width (182.8cm x 137.1cm). Measures approx.75 1/4" height x 57" width (191.1cm x 144.8cm) overall including frame. Provenance: from a Boca Raton, Florida estate. Acquired directly from the artist for 4000 and includes original invoice tobuyer. Condition Report All lots are sold as is and where is.
