Description A Chinese red and blue underglazed porcelain bowl with a 6-character mark dating from the Qianlong period. The bowl features bamboo, a lingzhi, and a flowering bush with birds. Dimensions are: 3 3/4 inches tall X 8 inches wide, 9.5 cm tall X 20.3 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report There is one glaze pop to the rim. There is age wear and use wear.
Provenance From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
