Description A pair of Imperial Chinese blue and white porcelain dragon plates with 6-character Daoguang marks and of the period. Each plate features a dragon roundel to the interior with 2 dragons chasing a flaming pearl in a band around the exterior. Dimensions are: 1 1/2 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches wide, 3.8 cm X 16.5 cm. Condition Report Both are in good condition.
Provenance From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
