Description An Imperial Chinese famille rose charger with a 6-character Guangxu mark and of the period. The interior and exterior feature bats flying among ruyi clouds. Dimensions are: 2 1/4 inches tall X 13 1/2 inches wide, 5.7 cm tall X 34.3 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report Very minor wear to the glaze, a few firing defects, and abrasions to the bottom, but it is in overall good condition.
Provenance From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
