Description A lot of 2 Chinese famille rose porcelain vases with 4-character marks dating from the Republic period. The lot includes: a vase featuring 5 children playing, and a vase featuring Shou. Dimensions are: the larger vase with children measures 11 3/4 inches tall X 4 1/4 inches wide, 29.8 cm X 10.8 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report Both are in overall good condition with minor glaze chipping.
Provenance Both sold by Peking Arts, Inc. From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
