Description An Imperial Chinese lemon yellow bowl with a 6-character Yongzheng mark and of the period. The piece is accompanied by an old box with a hardwood stand. Dimensions are: 2 1/4 inches tall X 4 3/8 inches wide, 5.7 cm X 11.1 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report The bowl has 2 miniscule glaze pops to the rim and a repair to the rim.

Notes A similar lemon-yellow bowl from the Yongzheng period was sold at Christie's New York on March 21, 2013, as lot 1184. A similar bowl, but with a straight lip instead of a flaring one, was sold at Sotheby's Hong Kong on April 6, 2016, as lot 3603. A similar bowl, but with a straighter body and lip, is housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London under the collection number C.495-1910.
