Description A Chinese pewter-encased Zisha teapot with a jade handle, spout, and finial dating from the early 19th century. The round teapot is incised with calligraphy on one side and a depiction of bamboo on the other. It has a 4-character mark on the bottom of its interior. Dimensions are: 4 inches tall X 5 1/8 inches wide, 10.2 cm X 13 cm. Weight: 550 grams. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report The interior is shattered. There is oxidation to the exterior with two breaks and a few dents and abrasions.
