清十九世紀 青玉雕蟾宮折桂圖山子
of irregular form, carved in high relief to one side with Liu Hai perched on a high rocky ledge above a pine tree, clasping a string of coins in one hand as he peers down at a three-legged toad emerging from the waters below, framed by layers of rockwork continuing over sides and reverse, incised with a four-character inscription changong zhegui (picking osmanthus flowers in the Moon Palace), pale green stone with opaque white inclusions, wood stand (2)
