Description ORIGINAL ACRYLIC FACE PAINTING SIGNED BY LISTED NEW YORK STREET ARTIST GUNTHER TEMECH. UNTITLED. THE IMAGE SIZE IS 12 1/2 " X 9 1/2".. Gunther Temech is a painter and illustrator known for his Abstract, sometimes Cubist paintings in the Modernist style. He was the illustrator for The Los Supper, The Last Generation, published in New York in 1990. He was also active in many political causes in New York City during the last partof the Twentieth Century. Gunther Temech was born in Austria where he received a diploma from the Academy of Art and then lived as a working artist in Vienna, Munich and Paris. From France, he arrived in New York City and was amazed by the city's vitality and strength. His work was definitely influenced by American culture and thought. Nevertheless, he enjoyed his European rootsand returned there in a regular basis. Gunther had many successful exhibitions in Austria, Switzerland and France, and has also exhibited extensively in America.
