Description Of a globular form body rising to a short neck, painted in bright doucai enamels with camellia and red blooms growing from blue enameled ornamental rock work. The flat circular cover is decorated with ruyi headsprays to the top. The base is inscribed with a single Chinese charatcer of "Tian". Sits approx. 3.3" high (9.2cm). Provenance: From the estate of Mr. and Mrs. Robert P. Piccus of Hampton, VA. Acquired from Spink, Londonin 1978. Accompanied by copy of original sales receipt.
