Description Japanese black silk collarless robe, the front with three hook-and-loop closures, the sleeves with quilted black cuffs, overall embroidered with large multi-color floral motifs and the edges trimmed with embroidered bands of floral dragonfly and grasshopper motifs, the interior with off-white silk lining (lacking obi belt), lacking maker, size, and fabric labels. Collar to hem 43?, center neck to cuff 30.5?. Stains, wear Condition Report Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Complete condition information is available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and Auctions at Showplace will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated.
