This is one of many art pieces assigned to us on a consignment basis from an Art Gallery/Antique Shop in business at that location for over 50 years. The owners are retired and trying to liquidate all it's contents in-order to sell their street front retail gallery near Glendale California Madge E. McAllister Wood was born in California on Dec. 21, 1875. Mrs. Wood was a member of the faculty at USC (University Southern California) and a resident of Los Angeles in 1899. She died there on March 21, 1977. Exh: Ruskin Art Club (LA), 1904.
