LARGE PEARLWARE DISH circa 1820-30, a large circular dish with a blue and white transfer printed pattern. With a depiction of a horse and cart on an arched bridge with Church behind, and with Cows in the foreground by a fast moving river. Impressed numbers, 15, 5. 37.5cms diameter *This bears similarities to a design called 'Village Fisherman' by J & W Handley in Staffordshire, the landscape scene is very similar to this dish but without the Fisherman in the river.
