possibly Irish, circa 1760
the plate in a foliate carved and pierced frame with a ho-ho bird surmount
124cm. by 71cm.
Condition Report In country house condition. Rubbing to gilding and losses revealing gesso and timber. Cracks to joints and separations. The mirror glass distressed as to be expected. Some remedial work in the form of historic estate repairs to cresting. An attractive piece.
