the sheet printed 'Photographed from Life by C. Clifford - November 14th 1861 / Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Victoria', published by A. Marion, London, framed in a gilt-gesso frame with crown surmount (visible sheet 39 x 29cm.) together with two prints of George V, both?after Sir Oswald Birley, the smaller signed Oswald Birley in pencil and dated 1928, framed (visible sheet 42 x 32cm.) the other inscribed in ink, 'To Mickey from Oswald Birley, 1936', in an easel frame, (visible sheet 45.5 x 34.5cm.) and with a colour print after Leslie Ward of Prince Louis of Battenberg, framed (37.5 by 25.5cm.)

Condition Report A very decorative group. These works have not beeen inspected out of their frames. Queen Victoria: the visible sheet is very good. The mount with some stains and with some dirt trapped bewteen the glass. The ornate frame has cracks, crude filler, some chips revealing gesso and wood and splits and the crown surmount is lacking its pantocrator. The two works after Birley: the smaller has a visible stain to the right side of the margin. The frame is good. The larger, has a hinged easel support to the back, it is generally good. The ink inscription is faded. The mahogany frame with old marks, chips and scratches. SPY of Prince Louis of Battenburg possibly a cut page from Vanity Fair, soiled. Some chips to the corner of the frames and some stains to the sheet.
