of gate pattern linking, supporting ten enamel medallions, each with a Girl Guide insignia, including Kingfisher Patrol, 1st Buckingham Palace Company and proficiency badges for riding, cycling and lifesaving,?length approximately 180mm
Condition Report Bracelet stamped 9ct and maker's mark C&F. Each medallion stamped 18ct. Chips and losses to the enamel (the most severe to the pink medallion) and green enamel brooch with loss of icon. Secure clasp, with safety catch, gross weight approximately 47 grams. Condition commensurate with age and wear.

Notes Established in 1937, 1st Buckingham Palace Company was formed to allow the then Princess Elizabeth to become a Girl Guide. It was composed of around 20 members, made up of children from the Royal household as well as Palace employees, and during the first meeting Princess Elizabeth was elected second of the Kingfisher Patrol, with Patricia Mountbatten acting as her Patrol Leader.?The ‘badges’ on the present lot include the cyclist badge, the horsewoman badge, the interpreter badge and the lifesaving badge.
