A pair of Chinese altar pricket gilt bronze and cloisonné candlesticks, each supported on a bell-shaped base, decorated with flowers and foliage on turquoise ground, stem, lower and upper drip pans further embellished with flowers, foliage and ruyi border.

Provenance: The Swedish city architect Salomon S?rensen, 1856–1937. Salomon S?rensen was Malm?'s city architect in the years 1893–1924. He collected Chinese and Japanese art most of his life.
