A white pebble jade 'Phoenix' form tea pot, 18th century, the spherical body carved with detail as a stylized phoenix, its head and neck forming a spout and resting on two feet, a stylized water dragon with bifurcated tail handle, the detachable cover surmounted by an encurled chilong finial, later wood stand. 3 3/4" L., 9.5 cm.
