The sides with grotesque mythical beast, the lid and foot of the vase with cartouches holding auspicious symbols. J?rg, illustrated on page 50 and discussed a similar example held by the Boymans van Beuningen museum in Rotterdam. Good condition. Glaze fritting but no hairlines and no restoration.
