The teapot is modelled as a Buddhist lion clambering atop an angular teapot which bears a beast-head spout. The loop handle emanates from the lion's back, all supported on a brown base.
Condition: fine hairline to the ear of the lion (approx. 2.5 cm.); a few fine cracks to the biscuit beneath the glaze original to manufacture.
