, Kangxi period, ca. 1700, China, Four flattened sides each with a different scene, mostly floral but also one of a lotus pond with swimming Mandarin ducks. Marked with a six character Chenghua mark but of Kangxi period. D 14,5 cm, H 7,5 cm, Good condition. No chips or hairlines and no restoration. A few specks in the glaze on the inside of the bowl (manufacturing flaws) and a few small kiln cracks in the surface (manufacturing flaws, see close-up photos). From a Dutch collection.
