A Russian Karelian birch display cheroot case of oval section with integral box hinge, end vesta compartment and slow match tube complete with decorative tinder cord, the lid having an oval brass plaque with crowned cypher. In very good overall condition, a crack to one lug of the hinge but no other chips or cracks noted. The lid surface is slightly depressed relative to the ends. 19x13x5cm.
