Ivory, remnants of the original, characteristic red colouring of the hair. Round, single piece with central peg. In a delicate recessed relief, Sh?j? is happily sitting behind the large sake pot while a second is keeping the sake bowl ready in his right hand, and serving himself. ? 4.8cm. Signed: Yoshiyuki & Kakihan, according to Reikichi later artist. Condition A/B. Central peg renewed.
