Four panels. Hand-woven cotton. Warp ikat. These types of curtain were used to screen high-standing mourners, but this textile was also worn by women in several layers as sarong. Length 262cm, width 143cm. Sewn on a modern fabric of black linen as support. Condition B. Holes and somewhat brittle.
