Three pieces Chinese Sancai glaze earthenware, comprising a four color lidded censer, of octagonal paneled and pierced form, having a Fu lion finial and dragon handles, the body molded with auspicious animals including dragons and cranes, the whole rising on Fu lion mask feet, together with two Fu lion spill vases or incense holders in three color glaze.
Provenance: From the Estate of a North Carolina doctor.
Approximate dimensions: Censer h. 11.25", dia. 8"; vases h. 8", w. 3.75", d. 2.25".
