NAZARI, Bartolomeo. Ritratto di Dama. Disegno. Felice Stampfle, Drawings from New York Collection. The Eighteenth Century in Italy, Vol. I, p. 72.

Good condition. The portrait is in an oval. These drawings with portraits were attributed by a previous owner to Pietro Longhi, and it was Mr. Scholtz who in 1947 correctly identified the author in the Nazari”. It is then added that another similar portrait, by the same hand, is in the collection of Walter C. Baker, now in the Metropolitan Museum of New York.
