KUNISADA I, Utagawa. Yakusha-e. Kabuki Theater scene. Triptych. 1852 Trittico, ?ban tate-e (vertical). 360x740 mm. Firma: “Toyokuni ga”, in cartiglio Toshidama rosso. Editorer: Tsutaya Kichiz?. Sigilli dei censori: Fuku, Mumatsu. . Sigillo ovale con data zodiacale (Topo, con Uru-zuki). Tracce d’uso, colori brillanti. Suggestiva scena dall’opera Sumidagawa tsui no kagamon. Ultimately, Ohatsu avenges the death of her mistress by killing her evil rival with a sandal zori, which she had slipped in.
