Finely carved Chinese white jade of brush washer, in a gourde shape with intrigue carved overlaying cresting LiShui wavy water on the exterior, which the hollowed interior left smooth. A tortoise emerged from the interior spouting the cresting LiShui wavy waters to the lips, and flowing around the rim and exterior. Elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand.
The Jade carving is smooth, with grayish-celadon iridescent, showing moist milky appearance.
