The rectangular seal is surmounted by a recumbent tiger with its tail flicked over its hind legs, the stripes delineated with thin incisions. The tiger sits on top of a rectangular seal, carved with an inscription reading 'er jin die tang, shuang gou liang han ke shi zhi ji'. The stone is of a caramel yellow tone. With a cloth and paper box and cover. Catalogue notes: The inscription on the seal face is one known to be used by the 19th century calligrapher, seal carver, and painter Zhao Zhiqian.
