The tapered barrel-form censer is decorated with two kui-dragon handles and stands on three elephant-form feet. The body is cast in low relief with scrolling flowers and lotus below a squared scroll band to the mouth rim. The rim is marked with four characters in seal script reading 'jin'ou yonggu' which is an expression for the wish to strengthen the hold on the national territory. The body with various inlays.
