Late Qing Dynasty and later Comprising: two lobed miniature jardinieres and stand, the jardinieres with incised poetic inscriptions, signed 'Pengnian ke', with pierced cash motif to bases, with impressed mark 'youlou' to the reverse above a foot, the base with six-character seal marks [Yang X X lou(?) zhi]; a square section baluster vase with mock-embossed lion ring handles, with incised bamboo issuing from craggy rocks and a single line inscription to the obverse, a caoshu inscription to the reverse; a compressed square section teapot with rounded sides, standing on four small conical feet, with incised blossoming prunus branch to one side, and a caoshu calligraphic inscription to the other; a rectangular teapot in the style of the Wu Desheng company, with incised prunus and calligraphy, incised seal mark to lid, and impressed seal mark to base [Yixing zisha]; and two tea cups and stands, the cups with twisted handles and incised designs, one of chrysanthemum, the other willow, the interior and base covered in crackle glaze, the stands with wavy rims.The miniature jardinieres: 11.5cm (4 1/2in) wide (11).
