Ω A Chinese ivory brise fan, Canton, first quarter of the 19th century, each pierced stick carved intricately on both sides with scroll ground enclosing flowers and foliage, the solid guard sticks carved with two panels one of pagodas and trees and the other of birds and flowers, 27cm high closed and 45cm wide open
