Description

Includes a carved jade pendant displaying a bird and flower wrapped around a butterfly; a carved jade pendant displaying two birds encircling the shou character; a pendant displaying two mythical beasts flanking the shou character; and a jade carving of a pan chang knot. None of the pieces are marked. Total approx. weight of bird and butterfly pendant is 20.2 g (gross); total approx. weight of birds and shou character pendant is 18.8 g (gross); total approx. weight of beast and shou character pendant is 21.3 g (gross); and total approx. weight of knot carving is 30.4 g (gross). From a Queens, NY estate. Dimensions: knot carving measures approx. 2.125" in width.

Condition Report

Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Please examine the provided photos to thoroughly evaluate each piece. The bird and shou character pendant exhibits a mark that appears to be either a chip or imperfection in the jade. No definitive statement is being made as to whether jade is natural, or treated.
