Rare Qianlong Mark Chinese "Champion" Cloisonne Vase, consisting of two tubular vases in fine Cloisonne with Buddhist flowers on turquoise ground, between a Phoenix with spread wings in Gilt Bronze standing on a gilt Bronze Dragon Head; the reverse with a Tiger-skin pelt, the forehead with a "Wang" Mark. The stomach of the Dragon under the Phoenix with a 4-character Qianlong Mark carved into the gold. Height 11 inches (28 cm.) X width 6 1/2 inches (16.6 cm.). Note: a smaller covered version without a mark was sold at Christie's Hong Kong 30 May 2012 Lot 3904.
