Chinese Qing Dynasty sgraffito egg yolk yellow glazed porcelain vase. Potted in flori-form lobed lower body, tapered gracefully toward waisted tall neck leading to a flaring rim, raised on a splayed concave foot base. Between lower belly and neck body decorated with characterizing molded interlocking ruyi shaped protruding collar beneath auspicious key fret pattern and upturning lappet ribbons.
The Exterior covered in a deep vibrant yellow with raw lines cantaloupe dusted brown speckles. The immaculate porcelain body is covered with a characteristic silky glaze, with various striations throughout the finish. The porcelain displays a subtle sheen as the light ricochets across the finely glazed exterior. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant finish that was applied by a meticulous glaze craftsman.
The under base bear a reign mark, a six underglazed blue seal script characters reign mark, Made in The Years of Qianlong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty. Measurements: Height: 10 7/8" Diameter: 6"
