Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong blue and white dragon pattern porcelain amphora vase. Finely potted in a baluster shaped vase, with tall ovoid body, rounded shoulder tapering gracefully to a prominent straight neck below the flared rim, raised on flat base. The main body decorated in Blue and white decoration depicted wanzi motif, key fret and Auspicious pattern, banded with repeating scrolling ruyi, and Fu-Bat symbols, enclosed with scrolling clouds, all interspersed with double fine blue color lines. The neck decorated with Large Auspicious pattern, and flanked with dragon shaped handles. Scrolling clouds and scrolling ruyi on the upper mouth rim and the foot base rim. The glaze terminates above the foot, revealed smooth pale-creme unglazed ground foot rim, with the slightly receded central remain base left white under glaze.
The underside bear a reign mark, a six under-glazed blue seal script characters reign mark, Made in The Years of Qianlong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.Measurements: Height: 12 1/8" Diameter: 6 1/4"
