Pair of Chinese Qing blue and red porcelain bowls, A deep vessel, steep round sides to flat wide opening rim; raised on a slightly concave footed base. Banded with double fine blue ring beneath the rim and foot. The exterior adorned with underglazed blue hand painting of four seasons flowers blooms including peonies, chrysanthemums, lotus, plum, all reserved against a pale white color background with scrolling tendrils. The central interior decorated with a bloom lotus flower, repeating scrolling ruyi, interlocking vines, and archaic pattern, enclosed within double fine rings conforming the cavetto. The drawing was superb contrasting the white background.
